Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Yeme Boluum iOS uygulamasının (uygulamanın yabancı dil mağazalarındaki adı Calorude) verilerinizi nasıl ele aldığını anlatır. Kısacası: verilerinizi biz toplamayız. Her şey yalnızca cihazınızda kalır.
1. Kimiz

2. Hangi verileri işliyoruz
Uygulamayı kullanırken girdiğiniz şu bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır:
- Profil: adınız (veya takma adınız), yaş, cinsiyet, boy, kilo, hedef kilo, aktivite düzeyi ve hedef türü
- Hesaplanan günlük kalori, protein, karbonhidrat ve yağ hedefleri
- Yemek günlüğünüz, özel yiyecekleriniz, kayıtlı öğünleriniz ve favorileriniz
- Kilo ölçümleriniz, seriler, başarı rozetleri ve tercihleriniz (dil, görünüm, koç modu)
Bu veriler bize, geliştiriciye veya herhangi bir sunucuya gönderilmez. Uygulamanın bir hesap sistemi, sunucusu, reklamı, analiz (analytics) aracı veya üçüncü taraf SDK'sı yoktur. Sizi izlemeyiz ve verilerinizi satmayız ya da paylaşmayız.
3. Apple'ın işlediği veriler
- Satın alma: PRO abonelikleri, Apple'ın App Store ve StoreKit sistemi üzerinden işlenir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz. Apple'ın gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.
- iCloud / cihaz yedeği: Cihazınızı iCloud'a veya bilgisayara yedekliyorsanız uygulama verileri bu yedeğe dahil olabilir. Bu, iOS'un kendi işleyişidir.
4. Bildirimler
İsterseniz hatırlatma bildirimlerini açabilirsiniz. Bildirimler cihazınızda yerel olarak oluşturulur; herhangi bir sunucudan gönderilmez. İzni iOS Ayarlar'dan her an kapatabilirsiniz.
5. Paylaşım
Uygulama, günlük özetinizi veya koç yorumunuzu görsel olarak (story kartı) oluşturabilir. Bu görseli ancak siz paylaş menüsünden seçerseniz bir uygulamaya gönderirsiniz. Seçtiğiniz uygulamanın kendi gizlilik koşulları geçerlidir.
6. Verilerinizi silme ve kontrol
Ayarlar bölümündeki «Tüm yerel verileri sil» seçeneğiyle uygulamadaki tüm verileri istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı cihazdan kaldırmak da verileri siler. Biz sunucuda veri tutmadığımız için bizden silmemizi isteyebileceğiniz bir kayıt yoktur.
7. Çocuklar
Uygulama 18 yaş ve üzeri içindir ve çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 18 yaşın altındaki kişilerden veri toplamayız.
8. Sağlık uyarısı
Uygulama genel beslenme takibi sunar; tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis veya tedavi değildir. Hesaplanan hedefler ve yiyecek değerleri tahminidir. Sağlık sorununuz varsa, hamileyseniz, emziriyorsanız ya da yeme bozukluğunuz varsa diyete başlamadan önce bir uzmana danışın.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncellersek yeni tarihi bu sayfada yayınlarız.

Privacy Policy
Calorude (named Yeme Boluum in Türkiye) · Effective: October 1, 2026
This policy explains how the Calorude iOS app handles your data. In short: we do not collect your data. Everything stays on your device.
1. Who we are
The app is developed by Yunus Emre Yılmaz (Türkiye). Contact: businesemre@gmail.com
2. What data the app handles
The following information you enter is stored on your device only:
- Profile: your name (or nickname), age, sex, height, weight, target weight, activity level and goal type
- Calculated daily calorie, protein, carbohydrate and fat targets
- Your food diary, custom foods, saved meals and favorites
- Your weigh-ins, streaks, achievements and preferences (language, appearance, coach mode)
This data is not sent to us, the developer, or any server. The app has no account system, backend, advertising, analytics tool or third-party SDK. We do not track you, and we do not sell or share your data.
3. Data handled by Apple
- Purchases: PRO subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We never see your payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies.
- iCloud / device backups: If you back up your device to iCloud or a computer, app data may be included in that backup. This is standard iOS behavior.
4. Notifications
You can optionally turn on reminder notifications. They are generated locally on your device and are not sent from any server. You can turn permission off anytime in iOS Settings.
5. Sharing
The app can render an image (story card) of your daily summary or coach comment. It leaves the app only if you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. The privacy terms of the app you choose apply.
6. Deleting and controlling your data
Use “Delete all local data” in Settings to erase everything in the app at any time. Deleting the app from your device also removes the data. Because we keep no data on servers, there is nothing for us to delete on request.
7. Children
The app is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Health notice
The app offers general nutrition tracking and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Targets and food values are estimates. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have an eating disorder, talk to a professional before dieting.
9. Changes
If we update this policy, we will publish the new date on this page.
